McGinley Wills and Probate Solicitors is a family-run law practice established in la Costa del Sol since 2026. We assist English nationals in the UK, Costa del Sol and Switzerland.

The firm’s managing partner and legal consultant, Barry McGinley has more than 45 years experience dealing in complex cross-border estates, setting up trusts, estate planning and advising clients regarding their Wills. He has worked as a Solicitor in several countries such as the UK, Monaco, France and Switzerland. He has extensive experience in setting up companies and is also currently working as a Legal Adviser for our sister company Jurisconsult S.A., a law firm based in Geneva, Switzerland.

He specialises in complex cross-border probate matters.

Tracey McGinley is the firm’s senior partner. She is an English Solicitor registered with the Solicitor’s Regulation Authority and has 12 years experience working in Wills and Probate. She has worked for firms around the South West of England before relocating to Spain. She also worked for firms based in Chile, France and for Jurisconsult S.A, in Switzerland.

She specialises in Wills (English and International) and Lasting Powers of Attorney. She also assists clients with their applications for Spanish residency and their visa. She has a wide range of contacts in la Costa del Sol (Notaries, Spanish Lawyers and Estate Agents) who can assist where required.
